When booking a tour with Strolls and Stories Tours you and all members of your party agree the following Terms and Conditions apply to your participation in the tour:  

No Pets Policy: 
By booking this Guided Walking Tour, you and all members of your party agree to the following No Pets Policy. This tour involves walking in close proximity to others and potentially inside both public and private buildings.  Pets are not allowed in all public and private buildings along the tour route.  For the safety of you, your pet and others on the tour, we ask that you please adhere to our No Pet Policy.     

Tour Participation Risk Acknowledgement and Liability Waiver: 
You and all members of your party agree and understand that participation in this Guided Walking Tour by Strolls and Stories Tours involves walking on public sidewalks, crossing streets and entering both public and private buildings and property.  This guided tour could involve risk of physical injury, illness, death or property loss, and despite safety precautions, Strolls and Stories Tours cannot guarantee safety thereof, as all risks cannot be prevented.  You and all members of your party understand that any injuries, medical expenses, property loss, or other personal expenditures that result during or from participating in this Tour, are to be borne by the participant, or by their parent or guardian (if participant is a minor), and you and all members of your party agree to release Strolls and Stories Tours and it's owner and employees of any and all liability.  

Cancellation:  
Cancellation of participation is allowed up to seven (7) days prior to the tour for a full refund.  Cancellations are not allowed less than seven (7) days prior to the tour.  Rescheduling of the tour can occur up until seven (7) days prior to the booked tour.  

Should Strolls and Stories Tours need to cancel the tour due to weather or an unforeseen personal situation (including but not limited to injury or sickness), a full refund will be provided.
